Sent prints on Tuesday. Figured out at local PD that I accidentally selected that I had already had a license when I actually don't, so we'll see how long that delays things. Apparently it's just a matter of $15, so they will just send me an additional bill to make up the difference (according to the officer that helped me) and send the card once they receive that.

I know this thread was started some years ago, but I thought I would just throw my two cents in there. I applied for my lifetime permit on Monday, January 26 and received it Monday, February 2 in the mail. I did everything online. I did the application online, scheduled an appointment to be fingerprinted online, paid my state fees online. The only things I didn't do online was go to my local police department and pay the local fee and get my fingerprints done. When I had my fingerprints done they didn't use the old ink and paper type they just scanned my fingers from a computer and emailed the results to the Indiana State police. I believe doing everything online is what sped up my process. From applying to receiving it in the mail took a week.

Fingerprints done 2-16 been pending ISP approval since? If it's pending ISP does that mean local already approved?
