Maybe not as close as you'd like, but @freekforge is the leading INGO leatherworker.

This might sound a bit weird to you, but look into your county 4H to see if they have a leather group. If they do, i bet you could have stuff made thru them.Back in the early 80s, i was in leather group. I made custom bracelets with designs wnd my last year in it, i made a pocket knife sheath for a folding knife.
