Thankfully I haven't cut myself bad enough to need stitches in awhile. I had a razor blade snap and fly back at me when trying to cut a zip tie. I used side cutters from that point on.

Can't find side cutters? Use a pair of pliers to twist the end until it breaks...

Ouch man! I cut myself in the exact spot, but in the opposite direction, years ago - bled like a stuck pig all over the kitchen...it was not fun lol.

I cut my left index finger almost to the bone with a cheap knife that i found out the hard way that it had a faulty blade lock on it...i got 3 stitches also...a month later my finger is still sore for some reason

I got my stitches out last Sunday.The only time it hurts is when i hit it on something.
