cz 452 scope rings

I have a cz 452 american with the 22 base that comes mounted on it and am trying to find if anyone makes 30mm rings that fit the smaller 22 base?

Check the CZ website, they may offer one. I have found Talley rings to be the best for CZ's, although I do not believe they offer a 30mm option.

They sell a 3/8" picatinny scope mount that will give you some more options for 30mm rings. I have the 11mm mount on my varmit and it has worked well with Warne rings.

does that stay put well since there is not drilled and tapped holes on the 452? if that works well I will get that and get some 30mm rings

Mine hasn't budged so far with a fairly heavy 8x32 scope. Probably six trips with 1,500 rounds and the scopes held it's zero. The mount has six hex screws to hold it down. I used blue locktite when I installed the screws with a strip of plastic in between the mount and receiver to minimize the screws marring the receiver. You can check rimfirecentral.com in the cz section there are several threads dealing with mounts and rings.
If your's is a 452 American with the 3/8th's rail you could also look at the b-square two piece mounts and save a little.

Last time I looked, Talley made a 30mm ring for the 11mm rail. I like the vertical splits too. Easy to mount and hard to mess up. They can be hard to find in stock at the distributors because of lack of demand tho. BKL also makes bullet proof rings for 30mm that fit CZ's rail.
I know a lot of fellows who swear by rob's (DIP) weaver rail. drop a tiny piece of lead shot down the screw holes to keep from marring the rcvr.

Looks like I'm mis-remembering. Talleys site doesn't show the 30mm's for rimfire rings.
