I have a h&R in 357 maximum and really like loading and shooting the cartridge, but the rifle not so much.

    I have 3 CZ 527 carbines, 2 in 7.62x39 and 1 in .223.

    I want one of my cz'z rebarreled/rebored to 357/358 x39, or 357 Max?

Crazy ? Possible ? Done before?

Where would I start to get something like that done?

Of those I would re-barrel with a Gremlin, Easy rebarrel and forming brass should be easy peasy. And 7.62x39 brass, brass is easy to find.
With the 357 Max you will have to open or close up the bolt depending on which rifle you use and then you have to deal with feeding a rimmed cartridge case.
Start with your local gunsmith that rebarrels rifles, if not there are plenty of qualified gunsmiths in Indiana.
