In a van, down by the river
Ok. I got a little stir crazy from the snow and decided to finally strip my CZ down and refinish it. Bought the Matte Black Duracoat and a couple preval sprayers for the project. Stripped it down with 280 grit wet/dry over the course of a couple nights and finally got to paint it over the last few sunny days.

The preval sprayer is definitly a poor man's spray gun. Not nearly as precise as even a cheap sprayer but it did work. Several warts I had to sand out and reshoot but all and all, not bad for a $189 C&R gun made in 1984.

Will be taking it out soon to put some rounds through it.

Thanks INGO for all the archive info on Duracoating. Much appreciated.
