unfortunately they don't service clones this statement is on their front page
"We have been asked many times about the ability to fit CZ parts to EAA / Tanfoglio / Springfield P9 and other Clones.
Generally speaking, almost ALL Clone parts are slightly different from CZ parts, in size and position and CZ Parts will not fit!"

IIRC, the Springer P9 was actually made by Tanfolgio, so I'd imagine you could use the Tanfolgio/EAA Witness part to replace what you need.

    What's wrong with the gun?

If you pull the trigger with the safety on, the hammer drops a very tiny bit, then when the safety is turned off the hammer will fall and fire the chambered round. Not a very safe thing to have happen to your race gun.

JMHO, but about any APG 'smith ought to be able to square away your P9 for you. A little Google Fu and/or a browse on their site should help get you some leads.

FWIW, when I bought my very early model CZ97B it would only feed RN FMJ ammo reliably and there was no CZ ambi thumb safety being made. Since I'm a southpaw, this was a necessary additon.

I contacted Neil Keller at Kustom Ballistics over in Decatur for help. He was able to install the EAA part with very little trouble. Just ME, but the folks I spoke with at CZ-USA at the time were both "curt" and seemed to be completely uninterested in helping me out. Things may be different there now, but I'd still look about anywhere else first.
