Just picked this up today.
It's a beast and I can't wait to shoot.
CZ's are well built, this thing is extremely well built.

Yes, I agree that the coating on the slide not only looks awesome, but appears to be extremely durable too.
As soon as I took the slide off the frame, I was like Oh Damn, this is nice.

Thank you, I appreciate the compliment. I just use a smart phone and try to find good natural lighting from the right direction. I could do better, but patience isn't a strong suit for me.

So evidently CZ is selling a .22 Kadet kit for the Shadow 2 for $431.

You need that. Especially after you sell your M&P compact. I picked up a kadet kit for the 75. Mags are crazy expensive because you can't buy the mec-gar equivalent.

Was able to run 90rds of 115gr Fed Alum case through this.

I will admit that I was getting a little fatigued and hungry (don't go shooting hungry ).

I will post some follow up targets after the next range trip, planning on doing some bench rest out to at least 25 yds with it.
If it proves well there, maybe stretch to 50yds.

This was at 7yds, bottom right group was all DA. Nothing special from me, but the gun has serious potential and was extremely enjoyable to shoot.
I love the weight!!

1. Now that is interesting.
2. I see 2 mags in the pic, along with 2 springs?
3. When I went to a youtube of guys using this, they just dropped the slide in with a different "pin" and it was ready to go; they didn't do anything with springs?
