The wife and I have 2 VW Jettas with the TDI diesel engines. Her's is the 2009 black Sportwagen, mine is the 2006 white coupe. Both get around 40 MPG on diesel. This is still a bargain at that mileage. Both cars have over 100,000 miles on them and we love them.

I would have LOVED to get a Touareg TDI for the wifey but they are hard to find. Hell, we had to drive to a VW dealer in Cincinatti to find this CPO 2009 Touareg.

Thank you! Everything that is black (other than the frame) used to be chrome. My roommate rebuilt it bc it was rebuilt after a front end wreck. So its a 2003 100th anniversary edition with a 1994 front end.

95 Saturn SL2 187000 miles is my daily driver....$200 a year for insurance $50 for plates...still gets 30 mpg and if I need something more robust I have an 08 duramax 2500hd an a 08 dodge cummins 3500hd for towing purposes

I drive both of these equally more or less to work and other places depending, work is only 4 miles away. =D

87 s10 Blazer is my winter/offroad fun/utility vehicle, I've added quite a bit to it such as the spare carrier and cruise control and the like. It desperately needs tires which I'm buying in the next couple of weeks.

And my other is a 95 Toyota Celica, makes driving fun and comfortable.

That's a long drive. Work is maybe 1/4 mile away from me.

Those are short drives. I drive 17 miles one way to one job, and 50 miles one way to the other.


My daily is a dark blue 2008 Pontiac G6, automatic 4 cylinder and a sunroof for those nice days.
