Dealers with best transfer fee on the west side?

I'm in Brownsburg and would like to pick up some stripped lowers and other things but the local dealer is $40/pop. Does anyone know of a shop/person close to the Burg that has better rates?

Varietal Arms in Carmel charged $15 a pop, but I haven't done a transfer through him in a while so you'd probably want to reach out to verify first. Carmel is close enough to Brownsburg that it might be worth your drive to hopefully save $25 per item.

FYI - Varietal/Kevin is a home-based FFL so his business hours are sometimes wonky, but he's always been nice people to me.
