    Alot of those big chain food deals have little nutritional value, I'm not saying these are they way, but I wouldn't be suprised. Make sure you check things out before you buy. Or better yet, just live the life and rotate out your food so you don't need things that last for 25 years. :twocents:

    Most of my can foods have 2-3 years of self life when I get them. Some are longer, and I get a flat with only a year from time to time, just put those on time for first to use.
