That's my dream, to be able to deer hunt off my deck while sipping coffee and eating breakfast. Unfortunately, although we are in the woods, the deer don't come near the house often enough to make it worthwhile. We do keep our gun by the back door during hunting season, in case one strolls by unexpectedly.

Hunting from the hot-tub under the gazebo is quite comfortable on a chilly winter's day. As long as you have a place to set your beer before shooting.
I know you are joking but. One year I had an acre of corn busted down over night and knew my culprit. Call DNR and others and was instructed to blast away at said animals. Three nights later l walked out the back deck and had five does and a buck chomping on my corn. My Mossy 935 with slug barrel put two down and I had some good deer steaks a week later.
