Hey guys and gals, how's everybody doing? Quick question regarding a a reliable scope to mount on my AR-15 for around $200..maybe $250. I'm looking for one with 3X magnification, preferably not more than 12 or 14 inches in length. I'm pretty open to suggestions, so let me know what y'all suggest!!!

    Thanks,
    Nick

    Check it out!!! I'm a lucky man:banana:

Weaver 1-3x - great glass, true 1x on the bottom end, and very light, Japanese made. Just about anything else at this price point is coming out of China.

I have also been looking into this scope: [ame=http://www.amazon.com/NIKON-M-223-8485-1-4x20-Riflescope/dp/B003G5OJXU/ref=pd_sim_sbs_sg_2]Amazon.com: NIKON M-223 8485 1-4x20 Riflescope (Black): Sports & Outdoors[/ame]

It's a NIKON M-223 1-4x20mm. Has great reviews on Amazon... Do any of you guys have experience with it?

Sightmark makes good quality, highly affordable Scopes, and they have a very broad lineup. I own a 4-16x44 scope on my 30-06, and their 3x magnifier (with fts mount) on my AR. They have red dots, reflexes, micro dots, and all that tacticool stuff. I really don't think they can be beat as far as the price goes.
