Awesome! Looks like I will get one. Does the magazine hit the bench off a 6"+ bipod?

    Nope.

The HS Precision DBM is as reliable or maybe a little more so than Remington's. So somewhere around BDL type. Not nearly as solid as an AI based setup, nor are the mags themselves.

They do add a bit of COAL room.

Anyone messed with the Wyatts bottom metal? I think it uses AI mags. They are sure priced right but they are also aluminum. I prefer steel my self. I don't want aluminum anything on a precision 308 bolt gun. Maybe I am weird.

I've been looking at the CDI for my Howa. It also uses the AI mags. If I do take the plunge and get one....that should be the last thing I need to add to this thing, other than a pile of the overpriced mags.

I'm interested...email me a price? Is it just the mag or whole thing?

Territorial supplies has them for 118.00 ,thats cheaper than I paid for mine.I paid 125 each. One thing to keep in mine, they changed the style in 2007. If yours is 2007 or newer the older ones wont work. Learnt this the hard way,I didnt know they changed. Luckily they exchanged.

Here is a pic with a 6 x 9 Harris Bipod ,as you can see theres ple.nty of room, with the 10 round mag installed
