Is this true or more crap flowing?

Its hyperbolic to say the least.

Go to the bottom of page 2. Seems pretty common sense to me. You don't shoot people unless confronted with the threat of death or serious bodily injury, you don't step in front of cars to try and get them to stop, and you don't shoot at cars JUST because they are fleeing.

That pretty well mimics TN vs Garner and all current doctrine on use of lethal force for police forces.

So if someone is throwing rocks at me that may seriously injure me or kill I should only run away? What if I have a broken leg and cannot run, can I not stand my ground and defend myself?

If idiots weren't throwing rocks they wouldn't get shot. Wierd I know, but that's like taking a rock to a gun fight. Not too smart, you get what you ask for.

Go back up, look at the link I posted, and read the bottom of the 2nd page. Its a PDF that has cut and paste disabled, but if their is a threat of serious injury or death they can still shoot.

You can't overcome forces of nature. May as well try to reverse gravity.

We have jobs for unskilled labor and give away free ****. It's going to attract people with no skills who want free **** from now until doomsday. Trying to hold back that tide is just going to cost a lot of dollars and lives.
