Go figure. They have so much time on their hands that they can go and troll the We Won't Fly site. Too bad that the site put up their info and it got out to Reddit. Now it's everywhere. LOL. Some folks have no idea how the intarwebz work.

(Site's temporarily down. Apparently the traffic was too much for the server. There's a link to Google cache there).

    Where's the bacon?
Perhaps you would like to tell us a better way to watch the terrorists.
How about the other passengers being able to protect themselves on the plane? Frangible ammo comes to mind, i.e. Glaser Safety Slugs.

The alternative? Well... I know I feel much safer with everyone getting naked pictures taken of them or getting their crotches grabbed, not to mention with everyone taking off their shoes. That's sarcasm, BTW. Not only do the above not make me any safer, I don't feel like I am, either.
If my government doesn't trust me with my guns, why should I trust them with my safety? Next question: Which has had more incidents of "oops"? I've had two NDs, both on the range, in a safe direction, just had a bang when I expected a click. Should I google the list of things that have gotten past the TSA monkies?
This of course doesn't even address the abuses of essential liberty in the name of temporary safety. Ben Franklin had something to say about that.
No, I don't have to fly, and I have argued the point that it's not unConstitutional for the airline to require a search as a condition of using their plane, but that doesn't mean for a second that I approve of it.

    Blessings,
    Bill

Um profiling seems to work for the FBI. Oh wait, we might offend somebody!
Like white people because they seem to make up the majority of domestic terrorists?

Profiling is a great tool, Tel Aviv does a great job at it. A lot of members on this forum make a great case AGAINST racially profiling by opening their mouths.

Um.... check the arabs and don't strip search my 67 year old mom?

    Like this guy.

    Like this guy.
Israel doesn't profile Arabs. They profile everyone and look for behaviours, not racial characteristics. Their system is highly successful and doesn't even require a strip search, groping or nekkid pictures. The problem is, if we went to their highly successful system the TSA would lose hundreds of employees, as they wouldn't be needed.

Can't depend on them, they aren't trained. Like the shoe bomber... no wait, that was passengers... well the underwear bomber... oh passengers too... gosh sakes Bill may be on to something.

Although that was a pretty classless comment left on that website, it isn't "DHS" trolling. It's an employee within DHS, most likely a low-level employee judging by the spelling and grammar. If I left a rude comment on that website it would hardly mean that my entire organization was "trolling the website."

Airport security only reacts to what the terrorists are doing, so we'll never be safe. All they are doing is making it harder for the copycats. Our "war on terror" is only making it so that the smart ones are too busy running from drone attacks to focus any attention on America. The ones we have now are the dumb ones, which is why they are getting caught, like the guy in Seattle just recently.
