The so called TSA is made up of mainly former minimum wage Globe International employees, read that as lower on the food chain than a mall ninja wanna be. The pride in performance isn't quite there folks. I personally have carried several edge type instruments on flights that were not seen by the screeners. I didn't do this deliberately and also didn't know that I had until after I had reached my destination.
IMHO we are no safer than we were before and never will be, no matter what some bean counter sitting at a desk inside the silly circle dreams up for us to have endure.

I usually watch them on Fox News after their bomb fails to go off because they don't know how to make bombs anymore. Then Janet Incompitano gets on TV and says that we were safe all along and the failure to be able to make bombs should be credited to the bucket of sand patrol at the TSA. Then DNI Clapper gets on TV and sits silently with the "dead deer no headlights required" look, while NSA Brenner says what a good job DNI Clapper is doing.
