Dillon 550 vs 650/750 deluxe quick change kit

Is there a difference in these kits other than the tool head? I can find the kit for the 650/750 press but not the 550. If they are the same I will just use my extra 550 tool head. Thanks for any help/ advise.

I was hoping this part of the equation would work if I changed out the tool head. I understand the tool head and caliber conversion are press specific. Thanks again.
