    I wonder what the cost is for the DIY. Packing tape isn't cheap either. I buy it in a several-roll pack at the wholesale club so I don't remember what I paid for it.

    I have been making these for a while. Packing tape from dollar general or the cheapest you can find works fine. I found out not to skimp on the paint though. They work great. You can also touch them up while at the range,after you put 20-30 rounds in them.

    Ah, good point on packing tape not requiring the same quality. What kind/brands of paint do you use?
