Just got done watching Django Unchained. It was a entertaining movie to say the least. Highly recommend it if you like "modern" westerns. Jamie Foxx made a great addition to this movie. Its 2hrs 45mins long.

Modern western sums it up. Drops an old western down a peg when the sound track is Rick Ross and tupac

I thought it was pretty good. The KKK scene was so randomly hilarious. I always wondered how well they could see out of those pillowcases.

I've liked Jaime Foxx until this movie. He made an extremely ignorant statement during an interview and when given an opportunity to clear things up, say it was a joke or whatever he chose to let his statement stand. I won't be seeing this movie or any others he is in.

I am boycotting any movie starring anyone who has come out in suppport of Gun Control Legislation.

    Why stop there....

    let's boycott actors who support:

    ...abortion
    ...the UN
    ...trading with China
    ...who voted for Obama
... etc, etc, this, that, and so on

...you probably won't be watching much.

If it looks good, I'll watch it. People can have their politcal views without me wiching their careers ill; but it also you right to believe otherwise, and make you opinion heard through patronage.

(Kut doesn't put too much stock in dumb actors; even those that "support" my views)

    Is QT anti-gun? I didn't know.

It's hard to tell. He clearly loves to depict blood and gore on the screen.

I don't understand the culture that finds QT so chi-chi, but then recoils in horror from the real thing. I have always considered his crap to be pornography of another feather, but whatever floats your boat.

But Hollywood ought to STFU about gun violence if they're going to worship it in their products.

Tarantino, no idea on guns, but his stuff repels me. Foxx, on the other hand...

    How 'bout this Hollywood?

I don't see any point in feathering these morons' nests when they vocally call for the infringement of my rights. And I do pay attention to the issues that matter to me. Makes for very limited entertainment. There's always books.
