As a Liberal/Libertarian socialist gun lover. I think we should get rid of NFA and CGA.
AND have firearms issued to all people by the gov't. If not issued then reimbursed.

Note the plural. One Pistol/One Rifle/One Shotgun.

I don't want government-issued firearms or ammo. That would mean that I wasn't taking care of my own needs. In addition, they'd be lowest-bidder guns, too. You know... Glocks.

There's also the matter of Directive 4.

(Oh... and it's GCA, not CGA. The one is a crappy law. The other is an outmoded standard of computer graphics. )
