    Hmmm

I've never seen someone spend so much negative effort on correcting others. You must be perfect. Individuals like you make it hard for newbies to want to learn about guns and accessories. Let me know if you would like help removing that stick.:)

I have the habit of carrying my semi-autos downloaded by two thus:

    XDm full size 9mm

1 in chamber and 17 in (19 round) mag

    compact XDm 9mm:

1 in chamber and 11 in (13 round) mag

I read in some gun magazines 20 years ago that this practice will make the magazine springs last longer. I don't know if this is true or not but I figure it cant hurt.

Now when I'm going to the range the next day and I'm pre-loading all my magazines then I load them fully. I just don't like the idea of them being fully loaded to the max for an indefinite period of time.

If it makes you feel better about it, then by all means go for it. As for me. I'm loaded to the tippy top!:ar15:

Yep, always... you might not need it, but what if you do? It's not like you can hit 'pause', run home for an extra bullet and return to play.

I always load my mags on my Glock to full capacity but have heard if you store mags in your safe you should put one less in so your spring isn't maxed out, have no idea if it helps or not, open to suggestions.
