I don't think it is in my profile but I live in Michigan. The following video is a State Senator address his colleges from the Senate floor on the heavy handiness of the State I live in. Has anything like this occurred in Indiana?

Maybe. I haven’t heard of anything like that but I’m in a tiny town in the middle of Amish country and try to avoid the news and politics in general.
