Does NRA endorsement mean anything anymore?

Rumor has it that the NRA has endorsed ALL incumbants only for State Representative and no challengers. I know for a fact that there are at least 2 Life Benefactor Members challenging. I understand that they do a lot for our rights, but if the NRA is just playing CYA, their credibility comes into question on this aspect.

I ask this because on the NRA radio show they said they had not yet endorsed ANY candidates.
