I wonder how long it will take after there sent off some say 1 to 2 months some say 3 to 4 whats the average time you think it will take to get it back I know there swamped right now. Hope all goes well never had a problem when buying a firearm so hope this goes fast and smooth to. Ive waited way to long to apply for the lifetime permit. Have a good night everyone

did my L1 exactly 6 days after the election, didn't get my LTCH till mid Feb.

there's little to nothing to do with buying firearms from dealers though. LTCH is state issue, NICS is fed. but it would be easier for private purchases.

Idk what the l1 route is mine was electronic scanned prints. We shall see I guess it give my local shop time to find the xdm I want

Didn't do L1... Applied 1/6 and received today, 5/29. Bad news - it took a long time. Good news - it's done.

I did L1 and before the rush I got it a week to the day later. If you don't go L1 I'd expect at least a few months.... There is a sticky in the carry section on wait times.
