It's absolutely real, I have one.. Overpriced, but quite a bit of fun to pump through 16 rounds in about 10 seconds!

I handled one at SHOT last year. Kinda cool at first, but it's way too heavy and very bulky. When I picked it up, the weight was the very first thing that I noticed about it. The KSG and the UTS-15 are both lighter and slimmer (despite appearances).

It would be fun as a range or novelty gun, but I wouldn't want one as a real defensive weapon. In a stressful situation, the pump one - fire two could get confusing.
