Double Star Upper?

I just got a cheaperthandirt catalog showing a Double Star Upper for $349. Is that a good deal. I wasn't familiar with Double Star so I searched this site and it seems that most people like them. I have an AR now that I really like, but of course I need another

I was told that they are making the S&W M&P AR15's. (unknown if thats true) I'm happy with the Double Star Upper on my AR.

If that includes the BCG and charging handle id say thats a hell of a deal.But i'd assume it doesnt.Either way that's not too bad of a deal.
