I've just put together a 308 caliber rifle using an LR-308 and a DPMS bolt carrier assembly -- purchased separately from a different source.
Everthing has fit together well, but now I'm wondering if there is someone in the Indy area that can check the headspace for me? I don't necessarily want to buy the gauges, but I do think I'll wait to fire it until its been checked out as good.
I'm not interested in the shortcut methods -- bullets with paper shims, or any other alternative..... any gunsmiths around willing to do this?
