Drilling 10/22?

Remove the bolt. Insert the cleaning rod with jag from the muzzle. Eyeball the point of the jag on the rear of the receive and center punch, then drill.
I can put the bore guide on the rod after the rod is through the back of the receiver.
Easy peasy..

I got my 10/22 back from Ruger. No issue with hole that I drilled in the receiver.
