    Not including the collision, since that is neither unique to nor more frequent than collisions not involving alcohol, who is the victim when someone drives under the influence?

    I'd say the poor third party that probably **** himself when the driver started banging in the back seat.

    Is this tongue-in-cheek? Collisions no worse than no alcohol? Drunks run lights all night long, swipe pedestrians off sidewalks, run into houses, etc...
    Are you comparing those to fender benders at red lights in the rain?
