Duck Season 2015/2016

First duck of 2016 and our first one ever together. Him with his Fisher Price bolt action and me with the Benelli. This one has to go on the wall. I'll give it to him eventually when he is old enough to appreciate it.

I also got to explain to him that this is my favorite thing in hunting. Picking up decoys shortly after sunset.

I went duck hunting for the first time in almost a decade. Had a great time and got a very mixed bag of ducks. Mallard, Woodies, Blue and Green Teal, a shoveler and a black duck from our group.
