I find it interesting that the primers were still dimpled, sort of. With that kind of impression of the bolt face parts I would expect them to be flat or blown out. The one is completely gone but just wow!

I’ve got some Turkish 8mm that will split the tops and somewhat flatten a primer but DAMN!!!! That powder is pushing out the bullet before the primer is hit!
Personally chrono'd that stuff at over 3,000 fps. It's wild. Freaking hilarious to shoot though. What an earsplitting sonic crack.

I'd love to know the pressure and velocity where that happens.

I suppose I should add that once upon a time I thought it would be fun to hotrod 9mm though a hi power. After a couple rounds of 30% overcharge my pistol jammed from ejected primers making their way into the rest of the gun. Decided to stop and go home while I was still in tact.

Bonus interesting pic from my experiments with that pistol.

Isn't your OAL on this loading pushing things a bit?

Jealous. If you can get one to stop at the end like that, your next shot will have two chances to hit your target!
