Submitted my form 1 on 05/21/2015
    Using an NFA trust.
Paid via credit card, and checked to see if it was charged the next week, It was.
As of today, it still says "Submitted" on the E-forms webpage.
    Is there an issue?
I have heard that when the $ clear, it goes pending. Is this true?

Should I call the field office or just chalk this up to the increasing wait times?

It is taking about 11 - 12 weeks right now from the time you file. I just yesterday got one back that I filed 4/2/15

Just "Submitted", which is what it said a few minutes after I finished the forms. No change.
No in process on there anywhere.

I would recommend using the Ask the Experts link on the efile page to email them and ask. Make sure you have your control number they will normally get back to you within 24hrs.

Both of mine changed status the same day. My 1st one took 90 days for approval. Seeing what Allen just posted above, my 2nd efile should be approved in another 1.5 weeks (~110 days).
