E-File Working for Trusts?

I've gotten mixed answers on this. Is the E-File system working yet for Form 4's filed for a trust? I've heard everything from "Yes, and approvals are coming in as little as 1 month." to "No, the system has been down for week."

Sorry if this has been covered, but I'm looking for a definitive answer.

Yep not for form 4's. From what I've read everyone is saying it will be later than sooner.

E-file isn't working for form 3's or form 4's. Those where the 2 biggest draws on the efile system.

Not really. Maybe the time saved not getting the CLEO sign off and fingerprints, but no discernable difference from the NFA timelines I've seen.

Defiantly go the trust route.

Just go with a Trust, it is easy to do.

Then you can add me into it and I can use your NFA toys as well!
