I bought 2 EAA polymer full size 9mms yesterday and upon inspection I noticed that with one of the guns, when having the slide closed the slide could move up and down in the frame. The other gun was tight just like it should be. I've had 4 Cz variants and all were tight like they should be. This one However is loose. What should I do? Send it to the manufacturer for repair? Anyone else ever had this happen? Any advice would be great.

I really doubt they will do anything. It is a production gun and is not going to be fit to "match grade" specs. In other words some will be tight and some will not. If the barrel locks up consistently and snugly every time the gun goes into battery then a loose fit on the slide and frame rails really doesn't matter enough to worry about.
