Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who services early 1900's pocket watches? I have a family watch that has been passed down a few generations, and I would like to have someone who's knowledgeable look it over/do general servicing. It's not overly valuable monetarily ($300-ish), but the valve of it being in the family for several generation can't be overlooked. It does work if wound, however I've only wound it a couple of turns as I'm unsure of it's internal condition and don't want to do any damage to it. I've been able to remove the back case, and I don't see anything that looks overly worn/damaged, but again I would rather have someone who is more knowledgable give it a once over.
