    I guess it's believable enough...right up until 'no charges were filed'

    Why? A lot PD's would be lenient in that situation then it falls to the "victims" to press charges if they choose to do so. I know I wouldn't simply BC that's a hilarious story to have in your repertoire

    While I don't believe the story, if it was true and I was one of the "victims" I would file charges, if nothing more than to make sure she never makes that mistake again.

    Funny story for us, but I wouldn't be laughing if it happened to me. You have to be completely sure of what is going on around you before you draw a weapon.
