I have learned from experience that some computer geeks think way to hard and make things harder then they are.... Not all but some. Or they try and over think things to the point of frustration when the answer is so simple.

I'd give them something like six minutes of unbanned time to muster up their apology and then post it. Sort of like that idiotic game show where people are timed to run down the grocery store aisles with this slap happy look on their face and have to put certain items in their cart. Man, I'm glad I don't watch TV anymore.
