HR 6506, called the SHIELD Act (Securing Human Intelligence and Enforcing Lawful Dissemination), is a companion bill to a Senate bill introduced earlier this month by senators Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.), John Ensign (R-Nev.), and Scott Brown (R-Mass.). Both bills would amend U.S. Code Title 18 Section 798, also called the Espionage Act, to provide legal protections that already apply to communications intelligence to human intelligence sources.

Lieberman isn't a Republican, Never has Been and I'd hardly say that Scott Brown is a verified Republican. I'll say RINO but NOT a Republican. Brown has back tracked on about every campaign promise and Votes with the Dem's more than the Conservative Caucus. I'm Not for the Bill but it'll probably pass given the hysteria of the day

Maybe they should spend their time and effort in finding out how supposedly secure documents were able to be found, and unsecured??? Find out why secret documents weren't kept in secure locations.

If anything, Wikileaks should help our government learn new ways to be covert.

Nope, much easier to take it out on we the people.

This :yesway: . So much effort to suspend, capture,
    hold and squelch the perp-e-traitor.

Hell, taxpayer's paid out mega millions to determine if steroids
    are used in baseball.

Who and what agency is responsible for giving him the
    information that he has?

Are they not just as guilty?
