Every state giving land away to Foreign Trade Zones FTZ

Has anyone seen this. Every state giving away land to foreigners so that they can come and live on our land manufactoring for their country tax free and classified as foreign territory.

I hope this is just BS but I will be calling the one for Indianapolis FTZ on monday.

I'm pretty certain it has more to do with certifications and distribution of products made here to overseas markets, as well as receipt of foreign made goods that go in into the manufacture of prdocts made here. I'm not real sure, but I work for one of those companies and it is not foreign owned, but we ship alot of product overseas, as well as purchase products for manufacture from abroad.
I'm sure someone can chime in with the lowdown.
