Godwin's Law reigns supreme on social media . . . here's a quote from a Twitter tweet responding to a tweet from the official GOP account about Biden:

The absolute extreme hatred on Twitter is rampant. Lest you dismiss this as mommy's basement dwellers and and Twitter as being nothing to pay attention to. a study By Pew Research released in November last year found 23% of American adults (over 21) use Twitter daily, and 69% of them get their news from Twitter, and 67% TRUST it as TRUE. They're not watching Cable TV because they don't want to watch anything they can't Internet stream for FREE. That's over 16% of the US population age 21 or older. Doxing and Social Justice Lynch mobs roam freely - getting people fired from their jobs and evicted from their rental housing. They're not beyond SWATTING people to attempt a Murder by Cop. Wonder now why Elon Musk made an offer to buy Twitter? It's a toxic cesspool.

TikTok:
About 1/4th of the 20-30 year olds, and about 1/5th of the 30-50 year olds use TikTok. Anyone dismissing this as a STUPID social media platform is a fool. Why do you think the Biden WH "Woke Millennials" running the West Wing are using TikTok "influencers" with tens of millions of followers to spread their propaganda? Why do you think AOC and the rest of The Squad spend overtime making TikTok videos? Similar percentages use TikTok to find political commentary and form political opinion. The pure rubbish on TikTok is endless, rivaling the NYC garbage dump(s). They're not stupid. They know the audience it reaches . . . one that lives in the Twitter and TikTok "bubble" with NO other source of information . . . because they've "cut the cable cord". They're also using Instagram . . . just like TikTok.

Facebook has been abandoned by them as the domain of Old Fart Sclerotic Gasping Geezer Fuddy-duddy Boomers - not worth their time of day.

The Battle for the American Mind is NOT being waged in newspapers, or on cable TV "news" channels. It's being waged on Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.

One has to wonder how much of the hate is bot generated? I'm sure Elon will have external people he trusts helping him with the statistics from Twitter. Might turn into a bit of a ghost town as the bots are shut down, and people will find they aren't as popular as they thought.

Look at how many click generating websites there are, all fed by the same news sources, tons of ads, no genuine base of support. Only have to tweak the software a bit to make it a hate filled troll factory of any stripe you want.

As soon as I found out TikTok is Chinese owned, I realized it is being used for intelligence purposes. It's not that someone will spill the beans about where all the nuke warheads are stored. It's used to develop espionage targets to be pursued by other means. I'm very familiar with how espionage really works. Had to be in a previous life. Dear God how I wish we'd had access to all the data TikTok has on its users and the friends of users combined with modern automated analysis tools. We could have built complete dossiers on who to target for desired information, how to approach them, and how to ultimately compromise them. Veritas has become masterful at infiltrating organizations and getting members of them to spill their guts about things they shouldn't be divulging to anyone. They're only using a couple of the means intelligence agencies use to compromise targets.

The bots are rampant on Twitter. Follow one of the heavily followed Twitter accounts such as @POTUS (Joe Biden's official President account vs his personal one). Within minutes of he (or his teleprompter operator) posting a tweet on it, there are thousands of relatively generic replies fawning all over Biden, the air he breathes, and the ground he walks on, proclaiming him a modern Mother Theresa deserving sainthood, Nobel Prizes, etc. I started watching a few and the avalanche of those kinds of replies was instantaneous. There are others that dump immediate hate replies on some accounts. As an aside, Musk was very astute and wise to question the Board of Directors' low BOT percentage claim. I'm convinced from what I've seen that it's much higher.

Once again, Portland Leftists will support another new crop of screamers, taggers, rioters, looters, and IWW dead-enders at the Antifa training camp for kids called the Budding Roses Summer Camp.

The fourth through eighth-graders who are invited to the camp are given handbooks of chants to scream at protests, encouraged to start their own protests, shown art techniques on how to tag buildings, and told where all the top riot spots are in the city.

Black Lives Matter bromides and “black resistance” techniques are taught in a handy coloring book. “Undoing the harm of colonization… by giving back to the earth that gives to you,” is naturally taught by virtue of encouraging … gardening? “With our seed balls, we are going to feed the bees that pollinate our food.” How is gardening an act of anti-colonization? No idea, but you’re a racist if you don’t get it.

And for satan’s sake don’t grow that garden in the wrong spot! The kids receive an “indigenous map” showing where the white people shouldn’t be. Kids are told to learn their “land acknowledgment” first before they do anything else.

The latest I've seen are the majority of "ANTIFA" dressed in black-bloc coming from various Party for Socialism and Liberation chapters, aka PSL. PSL is a revolutionary Marxist organization with an actual central committee structure and local chapters. They believe in violent overthrow of all government to replace it with a Stalinist dictatorship. You will see placards, handbills and protest signs with the PSL name and web site at the bottom at every protest now. They arrive with small (typically U-Haul) vans loaded with signs, and usually also with shields, umbrellas, gas masks, and huge fireworks rockets -- hoping they can incite a riot to spark The Revolution they dream of. PSL is behind the Atlanta River Forest "occupation" which resulted in one of its members opening fire and wounding a Georgia State Trooper before being killed by massive return fire. The ensuing protests and planned "Night of Rage" were organized by PSL, and those arrested in Atlanta during the protest . . . nearly all from out of state . . . were PSL.

ANTIFA as an organization doesn't really exist. It's a collage of about a half-dozen organizations like PSL that do have national structures. I mention PSL as it seems to be the most prominent for now. Their common purpose across all of them is what ties them together for joint action. They do NOT communicate using social media any longer. They have their own servers with their own email systems and "bulletin boards" that access to is closely guarded. Anyone wanting access is carefully vetted to prevent infiltration. Think they don't exist in rural Indiana? Check out your nearest community college. You'll find a PSL chapter with members.
