I like James Woods. I almost got to be an extra in one of his movies ("True Believer"). The casting people went to my [STRIKE]gun[/STRIKE] gym in Alameda, CA to find a bunch of thick-necked goons to be San Quentin prisoners. They were eminently successful in finding a generous supply of thick-necked goons of my acquaintance who subsequently appeared in the opening sequence of the movie. Unfortunately I was not in the gym that day!

I assume you meant they went to your "gym", and not your "gun".

    And you know this.... how?

    Wait.

    Don't answer that.

I don't need to know that. Or see the pics.

I think he's the lone male subscriber to my "Thong of the Week" newsletter. I can't ban him, because that would be discrimination.

    Who AntiFa Are - L-O-N-G

At 50 pages now I'm not going to try to read them all, so if there is any repetition here, forgive me.

AntiFa has its roots in Weimar Germany from 1924-1933, and became the paramilitary arm of the KPD, (Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands), after its predecessor, the Roter Frontkampferbund (RFB) was banned in 1929. The RFB had attacked Nazi members of the Reichstag (lower parliament house). They were as armed and violent as Ernst Rohm's Sturm Abteilung (SA brownshirts), and numbered at least 150,000 at one point. There were numerous deadly street clashes between the RFB or AntiFa and the SA. One of the street brawls left 30 dead behind when police finally broke it up.

The goal of both RFB/AntiFa and the SA was to make Germany politically ungovernable, to force President Hindenburg to either declare a state of emergency, or to appoint a chancellor (prime minister) since a government could not be formed within the Reichstag. Adolf won that one in early 1933. Anyone who had been in the RFB, AntiFa or the KPD was promptly arrested and shipped off to a concentration camp as a criminal or political prisoner. Different colors and shapes of the badges on the striped prisoner uniforms denoted type of prisoner. Near zero survived the war.

Spin forward and the organization is resurrected in the UK. It's fundamentally communist, and very radically communist. It now has organizations in numerous European countries and it was only a matter of time before it sprouted here. They're trademark is the "Black Block" clothing with hoods and ski masks. Now they're wearing ballistic vests and helmets, have shields, gas masks, and carry billy clubs or truncheons. They're armed with deadly weapons now. As with AntiFa in Weimar Germany, they are extremely violent communists, but instead of being a single party, they're an amalgam of about a half-dozen of the various communist parties in the US. Also with them are anarchists. These are not foreign imports although some are undoubtedly illegal aliens, they're home grown. They saw the divisiveness being generated in the last POTUS campaign and are fanning the flames as hard as they can.

Their goal in the US is essentially the same as it was in Weimar Germany, to make the US ungovernable, by fomenting so much divisiveness and violence that it erupts into large scale civil war. At that point, they will take over the federal and state governments to create a communist dictatorship patterned after Kim Jong-un's DPRK, or the now defunct 1975-1979 Kampuchea (Cambodia) Khmer Rouge government of Pol Pot. If you've seen the 1984 film, The Killing Fields, you've gotten a glimpse of what to expect from them. If they take power, their goal will be summarily slaughtering the intelligentsia, the college educated, all the professionals (attorneys, dentists, doctors, judges, etc.), businessmen, university professors, all police, and the entire military. Everyone who survives will be pushed out of cities into the countryside into agricultural collectives. It's the same thing Pol Pot did in Cambodia. Why? To completely level the entire social structure of the US and rebuild it into a communist dictatorship. You cannot do that if you have anyone left but the least educated, least literate, dimmer bulbs (i.e. not very high IQ). Doesn't matter if they have to kill off 75% or more of the population to accomplish it.

The general strategy of creating an ungovernable state has been used by numerous ideologies. In the modern era, the first were the Bolsheviks in the Russian Empire, who, in October 1917, seized power after destabilizing the government formed in the wake of the February 1917 revolution. Then it was Mussolini and his black shirts, followed by Hitler. If he hadn't been better at recruiting party members, the communists would have taken over. They were using the same strategy. It's been the goal of ISIS in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria, and before that by the Taliban in Afghanistan.

You might wonder why I've provided links to their web sites. A military axiom I learned decades ago: "Know your allies well; know your enemies better".

Who are they? Here are a half-dozen domestic Communist Parties I've identified that are part of AntiFa:

    Other organizations (amalgams and alliances):

    * Takiyah Thompson who lead the mob that toppled the soldier's monument in Durham, NC, is the Durham Chapter WWP leader. Her words just as she climbed the ladder to attach the rope: "They can't stop the revolution!" Including her, a total of 13 WWP members have been arrested now for toppling the monument. She's a student at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). There is a movement there to award her a full scholarship to NCCU for her bravery. Says something about the school and its faculty. Kim Jong-un is their hero. Mikhail Gorbachev is a traitor to the Soviet Union for allowing the Soviet government to collapse and the country to fracture.

** NABBP-PC is its prison chapter and most of its member are behind bars. Could not find a web site for those not imprisoned.

*** IWW was more about organizing labor into its socialist union, and there are some union locals. However, some chapters around the country are now showing up with AntiFa at rallies and demonstrations. At least some of these chapters are becoming more radical. IMHO they're jumping onto the band wagon so as not to be left behind.

PSL was very visible in the 2016 campaign riots in California, particularly in the SF Bay area. RCP, aka RevCom, was quite visible along with WWP in the Ferguson riots. Look for signs and posters in demonstration and riot photos. You'll frequently see WWP, RevCom and PSL with their web sites.

Refuse Fascism is calling for a nationwide revolution on November 4th this year. I found out about it on the RevCom (RCP) web site here. The link to refusefascism.org is at the bottom of the page:
This Nightmare Must End: The Trump/Pence Regime Must Go!

A recruiting video by RAM is indicative of what most of these groups are (IWW hasn't become nearly this radicalized). PLEASE do NOT ask YouTube to take these down. It will only conceal what they are. I've already encountered numerous disbelievers who are convinced AntiFa are early 20's shiftless progressive twits living in their mommies' basements who got bored with their fidget spinners. They're not!:

You would think this was an ISIS video from the Middle East. It's from "The Base", RAM HQ in Brooklyn, New York. The stuttering chant throughout: "Kill your masters."

This video from a rooftop somewhere in NYC commemorates RAM's comrade martyrs globally. You'd think it also was from ISIS in the Middle East. Note the very prominent AntiFa flag:

This is what I have for now. If I find anything else important, I'll post it. Have a great holiday weekend!

    John

A Beating in Berkeley | The Weekly Standard

A pretty good article on the Samoan and half Japanese man that are leading the "white supremacist" rallies on the west coast.....

Sad. They've been labeled the "enemy", so no one will even listen to what they're saying.
I believe in free speech, but bringing violence makes me wish a few of those "brave" antifa would get a chance to die for their cause.
