Well. I kinda like our way better. I'd like cops to be better trained on when to shoot, and I think they're getting there. But if it is a clear case of self-defense it's justified.

That's wishful thinking predicated on assumptions they're nothing but early 20's pansies living in their mommies' basements. The organizations you mention are hard-core and dedicated to their cause. The're also much older with most of them from late 20's to mid-40's. Look at the arrest data. If you were planning an insurrection would you continue to publicize the date it's to begin? The attention they're getting, some of it from the FBI now, is moving them underground. It's called OPSEC: Operational Security. Do not ever underestimate your enemy!

Fires provide warmth. They won't get cold when they start torching vehicles and buildings.

You had to be in south central L.A. during the Rodney King riots. If you weren't armed with an AK-47, AR-15, M-1A, or 12 gauge with a long (extended) magazine, you risked you life getting near the riot zone. The skyline looked like Baghdad after the first night of the Desert Storm air war. Countless plumes of black smoke rising up from all the fires and LAFD wasn't making any attempt to put them out as they were being shot at by rioters from rooftops. I was working on the fringe of the riot area when it started. Went to work for two days before I got a call at home telling me to do what work I could at home until further notice. Went back after about 3 or 4 days and there were several bullet holes in the office building windows.
