Did anyone go to the gunshows this past weekend? How were they? I didn't get the chance to go. And why were there two? One in the Armory and one at the 4-H center. Seems a little silly to me to have them both on the same weekend.

Since I'm down here in Jasper of the time being I said what the hay, I'll check out both shows. The 4-H was just ok. The lighting inside was horrible. I hate trying to buy guns under crappy light. Seen only a couple of fair deals. So then I went to take a look at the Armory show. That one seemed a litlle better to me. To each their own. Maybe it was better to me since I found a couple of items I was looking for. Did see a nice Armalite there.

I stopped by both. Spent $10 to see the same old, same old. I should know better by now.

Don't beat yourself up. Yeah the E-ville shows have been lame lately but you never know what might be on the next table. It's in our blood and a hard habit to break.

Same here. Boy, those shows at the Green Center down on Walnut back in the late 80s/early 90s were fine. The old Owensboro Sportscenter shows back then were great too.
