This, IMO, is a pretty good encounter with an LEO.
Keep in mind this is in California so their gun laws are a bit different.
What is kind of sad is it appears the guy OCing was trying to make a "point" and came across a little annoying too me. The officer was very professional and actually kind of friendly.
I know we see a lot of "bad" encounters so it's nice to see a "good" one every now and again.
