Had a Ruger Service Six 4" bull barrel .357, awesome gun, sold it for a Mossberg 500c for my brothers bday and $240 cash for me. Will get another of the six line eventually, probably the Security Six for the adjustable sights, even though I never had a problem with the fixed

I absolutely love my stainless New Vaquero. It's nothing special, but it's a blast to shoot. I'd love to get my hands on an Sr1911 and a GP100 though.

David & Malern how do you like your SP101? Does it have much recoil? I held a couple of these today at the gun show and really liked them. I have a full size 357 already but was thinking about a SP101 to carry. Your insight would be very much appreciated.

I've had a shorter barreled SP101 38 Special for years. Used to carry it all the time. Those guns are little tanks and can handle what every load you want to put in them. I put the hottest Corbon +P+ load I could get through that gun. (I'm thinking about selling that gun to offset the purchase of another Ruger - see below).

I use my Ruger Single Six 22lr / 22 mag frequently (good varmint killer at close range in a subdivision environment using 22cbs - love that gun).

Now I carry my LC9 daily and this weekend (hopefully) I'm picking up a Ruger 22/45 Lite.

P90TH .45 ACP solid dependable workhorse, has never failed to go bang in 7 years of shooting. I still carry this one sometimes.

P95 9mm, same as above, only for 5 years.

10/22 is always fun to shoot

    Pre-ban Mini-Thirty.

Next Ruger will probably be a gunsite scout LH.

P89 (EDC), Mini 14 and 10-22 are my currently owned favorites.
I stupidly sold my Old Army and Old Navy black powder pistols years ago. Wish I hadn't they were my favorites. But when you're young and raising a family sometimes you need every penny you can get.
