Hmmm, first I've heard of this march. Why do they have the dern things on work days???

What time is the main march, so i can come for an hour or so?

What they can't see in a locked briefcase won't hurt them.

that would be right if it weren't for all the damn TSA checkpoints,plus its a bit hard to lock a several 24x36 poster boards and an AR15 in a carry on briefcase.

I cant believe that nobody I know up here can go or take me....I offered a lot of incentive ( $100 cash, round trip gas covered and lunch along with a free gun) but no takers

they are doing it on a weekday morning so there will actually be some representatives in the capitol building to see up, last time was on a saturday afternoon there was a great turnout but the building itself was more or less empty. The march starts at 10am

Sometimes concealed carry is a convenient option. Wear the piece under your coat for the bus ride, nobody will ever know.

As far as the airport goes, you do not need to enter the secure / controlled access area of the airport to catch the bus. Guns are only off limits in the secure areas of airports. You will be fine.

You won't cross any TSA checkpoints if you're just going to board a bus. TSA only screens people who are boarding planes. I know you would prefer to carry your AR-15, but if getting a ride is a challenge for you right now, there will be a lot of people at the rally who are only carrying handguns. Leave the AR-15 at home, leave the signs at home. Conceal carry on the bus and open carry at the rally. Open carrying a handgun will speak just as loudly as carrying a sign. Don't let it stop you from coming.

OK. I know this is WAY last minute. I am looking for a ride from the Fort Wayne area. My friend, I was going to go with, has a client meeting he can't get out of. I didn't get much sleep today, and I work third shift. I'd basically be going home to change and grab my stuff to leave, when I get off work, and don't want to drive down by myself completely exhausted. I can give gas money if anybody is going from this area. I'm at work now, so I'll check back periodically. I really wanna be there!

Well that was fun. KurtassFW and I were on our way down there and my previously reliable water pump decided to give up the ghost around Warren and I had to get a tow truck to schlep us back to New Haven.

Really sorry about all that Kurt, but hey, at least you got to meet me that's an amazing event for anyone in and of itself.
