Nice find. Once upon a time, I looked up Federal's specs for the FGMM .308 vs. the 7.62, both 175 gr...they list the exact same MV for both.

What's the difference in the designations?
Pressures? Headstamp?
Also how does this compare to the m118lr?
I'd be running it in an M1a national match.

The only difference that I have found is the 7.62 has a crimped primer.
Powder weight and appearance were the same when disassembled.
I haven't measured the internal case capacity, but can presume it to be the same with the powder weight being similar.
