I've been a Golden Saber fan and user for several years, but I wouldn't turn down HSTs if that's what was available. Hydra-Shoks, OTOH, you couldn't PAY me to use.

Don't mean to thread jack, but as a noob i'm wondering what is wrong with Hydra-Shoks? :n00b:

Hydra-Shok is an earlier generation of the HST (Hydra-Shok Two). It doesn't expand as reliably- a major feature of hollow points. Hydra-Shoks aren't bad. They just aren't as good.

Since I haven't found a good source for Sabers in 50 round boxes I would have to say HST all the way. I refuse to get screwed over by the ammo companies because I'm not a LEO. So I buy ALL my defense ammo in 50 round boxes marked "Law Enforcement Only". :D

    I usually buy from:

    Kyle's Gunshop, Inc.

Exactly - Hydra-Shok is "old tech". Not bad at all....but for the same money you can get BETTER.
