And I heard the only reason that police officer died was because he was shot with an extra-deadly AK that had a collapsible stock and a bayonet mount. If the officer would have been shot with a regular California legal AK he no-doubt would have survived.

What was really disgusting is her disrespect for a fellow US Senator. I'm sure, however, that the loonies back in CA who've continued to send her to DC year-after-year are so proud of her.

I heard most of it,but after the story of the leo and the gang member I was mostly thinking to myself.I was thinking that a gang banger shot a cop,not a AK,AR or any one of the other 500 guns on the ban list.Sounds to me like the gang banger is the problem.In the 20 years Feinstein has been a senator you'd think she would have figured this out.

You and I hear this and we understand: "BAD guy kills good guy."

They hear this and it's: "BAD gun kills cop."

It's a LOT easier to pick on lawful citizens and evil weapons.

It's REALLY hard to identify and resolve the issues underlying WHY the bad guy killed the good guy. But we want the issues fixed NOW! So the politicians pick a target and try to take it out.
